General Contractor to provide a one story building consisting of a community health center, wellness center, teen center, gymnasium, computer learning room, activity room and aquatic center. The aquatics center includes a public pool and spray ground, locker room area and administrative offices. Desert-scape landscaping consisting of low flow drip system. Special attention was provided for the wellness kitchen, which is state of the art.

Phase 1 of the project has been completed on time, and the project was completed well under budget.
